* All AEPC Members need to be in good standing with the society (i.e. need to have paid their annual membership fee) to be entitled to pay the reduced members fee, and are required to submit their membership ID during the registration process. 

** AEPC Junior Members under the age of 38, and in training need to be in good standing with the society (i.e. need to have paid their annual membership fee) to be entitled to pay the reduced junior members fee.  AEPC Junior Members are required to send a proof of age to nutugen@kenes.com  proving this status.

The registration fee for all the registration categories of the Annual Meeting includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to the posters’ area
  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Meeting materials (Name badge, final program book, etc...)
  • Certificate of attendance
  • CME Accreditation (number of CME credits to be announced prior to the Annual Meeting)
  • Coffee breaks & lunchs as per the Meeting programme (depending on the pandemic measures of the Meeting venue)
  • Welcome Reception (depending on the pandemic measures of the Meeting venue)
  • For Jr. Members: access to the Jr’s Party (limited capacity on a first reserved first accepted base - depending on the pandemic measures of the Meeting venue)
  • For Nurses & Allied Health Professional: access to the Reception (limited capacity on a first reserved first accepted base - depending on the pandemic measures of the Meeting venue)
  • Access to the Annual Meeting Supplement of the CitY (Cardiology in the Young) Journal which will include Annual Meeting abstracts.

Letter of Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline February 14, 2022 up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50,00.-EUR deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after February 15, 2022 the registration fee will be non-refundable.

Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Annual Meeting Organizing Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Neyir Seda Utugen (nutugen@kenes.com) and Ms. Ilayda Damar (idamar@kenes.com)

 

Payment Terms
The official currency of the Annual Meeting is EUR.
Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.

Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard or Amex may use their credit cards for the charge of all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.

Bank transfer payment:
Bank account details for AEPC 2022 Annual Meeting are indicated below. Participants preferring bank transfer payment are required to send the proof of payment to the Annual Meeting Organizing Secretariat.
